…the splendid country side of the Highlands
 
Our 5 day/4 nights ‘Town & Country’ program starts with one (1) night in Edinburgh where you will have the opportunity to explore the Scottish capital including the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, the Royal Yacht Britannia and much more. We then head to the Scottish Highlands – famous for its untouched wilderness and breathtaking landscapes – where there will be opportunity for hiking and sightseeing at Balmoral Castle, a visit to the Highland games and the historic town of Braemar, epic pub lunches, whisky tasting, a cooking class with a Michelin trained chef, plus optional activities like biking, riding, golfing, shooting, fishing etc. Our tour finishes with a Scottish Ceilidh banquet complete with bag piper, the famous ‘Burns ode to a Haggis’ and Scottish dancing. The tour package includes all meals and drinks, plus chauffeured mini-bus to/from Edinburgh and for the excursions in the Highlands.
In Edinburgh we stay at the Gleneagles Townhouse, a boutique hotel and members club (ranked among the top 100 new hotels in the world) and in the Highlands we have exclusive hire of Candacraig, a private Baronial Mansion located in the Cairngorms National Park complete with butler service and a private chef.

Candacraig is currently featuring in Eugene Levy’s ‘The Reluctant Traveler’ on Apple TV+. Season 2, episode 2.

The tour requires a min. 14 participants and includes Sandy & Hans as tour guides. The tour is capped at 18 participants.
